Gloria E. Kim, M.D.

Dr. Gloria Kim completed her medical school training at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. While there, she also obtained a Masters in Public Health, graduating with a joint MD, MPH degree. She went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. She practiced as a board-certified family physician for several years. Her increasing focus on women's health, however, led her to enter an OB/GYN residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. While there, she was recognized for her excellence in teaching and served as chief resident. She joined TRE Medical in 2010. She is the current Chair of the OB/GYN department at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital..

Her clinical interests include patient education from teen years onward, obstetrics as well as minimally invasive surgery and procedures. She strongly believes nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are important contributors in the prevention and treatment of illness. She enjoys counseling patients about healthy changes.
